Strivven Media recognizes that in delivering an outstanding online experience, the privacy and safety of our users are as important as the content we provide. Strivven Media policy is to protect the privacy of all our users, minors and adults alike.
We do not sell, share or intentionally make any personally identifying information available to the public. We keep the collection of personal information to a minimum. We do not collect or share email addresses or any other information from minors.
The collection of certain personally identifiable information is necessary for usage of our products. All data tracked is accumulated on an aggregate basis only, such as number of users per specific geographic location. This aggregate data is maintained solely to track the effectiveness and reach of our multimedia products.
All information collected by Strivven Media is stored on a secure server behind a firewall. In addition, our database servers offer security by requiring authentication and username and password verification. Backup procedures are in place to protect against hardware/software failures.
Partnership Policy
Strivven Media upholds the strongest ethical and moral standards in regard to quality assurance and carefully selects business partners, organizations and sponsors adhering to these standards.
Our business partnership policy prohibits affiliating with organizations primarily engaged in the production or sale of alcohol, firearms, or tobacco. Strivven Media policy also prohibits affiliating with organizations engaged in the sale or advertisement of nudity, pornography, gambling, and illicit drugs.
Strivven Media business partners and sponsors are obligated to refrain from exposing students to inappropriate content, language or images.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Strivven Media, LLC owns and retains all rights and title to the content we produce and make available for distribution. No party may obtain, use, or distribute Strivven Media, LLC content unless entering into a licensing agreement with the company. No party may sell Strivven Media, LLC content at any time.
